It’s almost Spring! We are in full swing with our competitions, rehearsals for “The Gift” beginning, and recital numbers being put together for our annual performance. We have been busy dancing a various events this past month. Congratulations to our 16 girls who competed at the DMA Titled Solos Competition. Everyone did a wonderful job!!
Our five companies headed to Showcase USA competition the first weekend of March. We are were so excited to share our company group dances that each hold a different message. Congratulations to everyone who won overall places and high scores on their dances! I, along with Savannah, enjoyed choreographing and supporting Southwestern Christian University in their recent production of “The Music Man”. It was a wonderful show and we loved working the four dances with the cast!! Also at SCU, our company performed “A Place for Rosa Parks” for Black Heritage Month. Our traveling company ministered at “A Night to Honor Israel” at Victory Christian Center. It was a wonderful night and we appreciate the kind letter of thanks from Pastor Sharon Daugherty. Congratulations to Michael Tardibono who travelled to New York City for the Billy Elliott Auditions (Broadway Musical lead role), after receiving a private invitation to audition. He did a wonderful
job and appreciates the honor of being given this opportunity!
Join us June 5th at Oklahoma City University at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM for our Annual Student Body Performance. This year our theme is “No Greater Love” which will celebrate our love for God, Country, and others. We will also be performing the Christian Ballet, “The Gift” at the 1:00 PM performance. Summer information will be available in early March as well as your opportunity to enroll for our next season which will begin in August 2010.
Be Blessed,
